Before you contact us
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the Runcord app version, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the issue. A screenshot is helpful if it does not expose sensitive information.
Location or route issue
Tell us the park name and city, the status shown in the app, and whether the problem involved the route to the park or the path inside it. Do not send your home address or a complete private route. If a park is closed, private, unsafe, or not actually suitable for walking or running, stop using the route and follow posted local instructions.
Delete your account
In Runcord, open Profile, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. Runcord first deletes activity records tied to your authenticated account and then deletes the account identity. If the process fails, it can be retried safely. You can also email support for help accessing this control.
Response and emergencies
Support email is not monitored as an emergency channel. For an immediate safety, medical, or security emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
